Veg Manchow Soup

Ingredients:-


  • French beans             7-8
  • Mushroom                 5-6
  • Spring onions             3 stems
  • Ginger                       1 ½ ″ (chopped ginger to teste)
  • Carrot                       125 grams cut into julienne
  • Cabbage                   125 grams (¼ cup shredded cabbage)
  • Garlic cloves              7-8 (chopped garlic to teste)
  • Green chilly                3-4 chopped
  • Soya sauce                One tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Tomato sauce            One tsp
  • Noodles                    One cup fried
  • One tb sp corn flour   dissolve in one tb sp water
  • Three cups vegetable  stock
  • Two table spun oil (Oil to taste)        
  • Salt to taste.

How to make Veg.  Manchow Soup:
Method:-

Warm 2 tb sp oil and mix fry garlic, ginger, and green chilli pieces.Boil fried noodles and deep fry in oil till crunchy.Keep to one side.Chop all vegetables thinly.Now add chopped vegetables and beat fry for two mints. Mix to two cups of water and salt. Allow to cook for 5-6 mins on low burn.Now insert tomato sauce,  soya sauce, and black pepper powder. Boil the soup for three to four minutes.Mix the corn flour in water and mixed to the soup.Cook till the soup thickens. Veg.  Man chow soup is ready. Tasty man chow soup. . . . . .
 Serve warm with crushed fried noodles.
