- 4-5 Ripe Smashed Banana's
- One Cup Melted Butter (Can Easily Reduce to 3/4 Cup)
- Two Large Egg Beaten
- Pinch of Salt
- Two Cups of All Purpose Flour
- One T Spoon Vanilla
- One T Spoon Baking Soda
- One T Spoon Baking Powder
- One Table Spoon Milk
- One Cup Granulated Sugar
Method / Direction
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) with a wooden spoon, mixed butter into the mash bananas in a large mixing basin. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. No need for a mixer for this recipe. Combine in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda, Powder and salt over the mixture and mixing. Insert the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
